Standard is a fixed-price package with a clearly defined scope, ideal for straightforward needs. Bespoke is for extra pages, integrations, memberships or custom workflows; we scope it and send a fixed quote before starting.
Do I need a Care Plan?
No, it’s entirely optional. Most clients add one after launch to cover backups, updates and support without lifting a finger.
Can I upgrade or cancel my Care Plan?
Yes. Care plans are month-to-month, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time.
How long does a build take?
Standard builds typically launch in 1-4 weeks depending on platform. Bespoke projects depend on scope. We’ll give you a timeline with your quote.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
For WordPress and Custom Development builds, yes, Sitemate hosting & care plans are available. Wix and Webflow sites are hosted on their own platform subscriptions, billed directly to Wix or Webflow.
