No, it's optional. Hosting alone covers your infrastructure and backups. Most clients add Managed Care once they want updates, security monitoring and support handled for them too.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us the moment your site has a problem, and we work to get it back up, typically same day on Managed Care and Premium Care.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Can you take over hosting for a site you didn't build?

What counts as a “content update”?
